About Cornerstone Insurance Solutions, LLC

Established in September, 2008, Cornerstone Insurance Solutions, LLC is operated by Jerry W. Baxter, RHU, Principal and Owner.  Jerry says: "My company is anchored by the belief that its customers' needs are of the utmost importance.  My entire team is committed to meeting those needs.  And as a result, a high percentage of our business has and continues to come from long term repeat customers and referrals."

Jerry’s career started with the Prudential in 1975 where he provided individual and family insurance and financial advice. As his career expanded to include employee benefits, he served as a Sales Exec for Kansas City's first HMO, as Mktg. Director with its first PPO, was the Mgr. of the employee benefits division at one of KC's largest property and casualty insurance firms and became the National Mktg. and Sales Director for a KC based health insurance and employee benefits administrator.

For over 35 years Jerry has worked to help protect clients against the financial uncertainties of life.  Using the safety and guarantees of insurance, Jerry has guided business owners and individuals to sound decisions on issues surrounding life, health, disability income and retirement planning.

Recently, prompted by the decline in corporate sponsored pensions (and the poor economy of 2008-10), helping clients create a personal pension plan, to help fulfill their individual retirement dreams, has become Jerry's top priority.

The following comment was developed as the driving principals upon which the agency would be built, but it has also become a Mission Statement of sorts:
